The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied by SMARTIZZ OÜ.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products excluded under applicable EU legislation, including:

• sealed products opened after delivery where return is not possible for health or hygiene reasons
