Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: during high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to countries within the European Union and select European countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@smartizz.com.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:
• destination country
• selected shipping method

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Estonia via our logistics partners Omniva and DPD.

Estimated delivery times:
• Estonia: 1–3 business days
• EU Countries: 2–3 business days
• Extended Europe: 2–7 business days

Total delivery time including order processing is typically 3–10 business days depending on the destination and carrier.


Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other logistical circumstances.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
SMARTIZZ cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@smartizz.com with your order number and details.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
