Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging, manuals, and all accessories. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@smartizz.com to request return instructions. After your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including used electronic devices, products with activated software or accounts, and items with damaged or missing original packaging.
Returns will also not be accepted for products that show signs of installation, connection, or use.
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of damaged batteries, power cells, or devices that have been modified or used improperly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the product you have and place a new order once the return has been processed.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. The same conditions as for returns apply: the item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging.
European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at support@smartizz.com before returning the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval, although it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
