Eligible EU business customers may purchase goods with 0% VAT where the transaction qualifies as an intra-Community supply under applicable EU and Estonian VAT regulations.
Eligibility for 0% VAT on EU B2B Orders
To qualify for 0% VAT, the following conditions generally apply:
- The customer must be a registered business established in another EU Member State.
- The customer must provide a valid EU VAT identification number.
- The VAT number must be valid for cross-border EU transactions and verified through the EU VIES system.
- The goods must be transported from Estonia to another EU Member State.
- The company and delivery information must correspond with the details provided for the transaction.
If these conditions are not met, the applicable VAT rate will be charged.
How to Place a B2B Order
To request a B2B quotation or VAT-free intra-EU order, please contact us before placing your order and provide:
- Company name
- Registered company address
- Company registration number
- EU VAT number
- Billing address
- Delivery address
- Products and quantities required
We will verify the provided company and VAT information and confirm whether the transaction qualifies for 0% VAT before issuing the final invoice.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
We also welcome enquiries for bulk purchases, corporate orders, reseller opportunities, and business partnerships. Depending on order quantity and product availability, individual quotations may be available.
